It is provided with a hyperlinked view of available plant based ayurvedic formulation as an elixir for life. Information on nine (9) DNA virus, RNA virus and Retrovirus belonging to 7 viral families comprising 104 viruses and 704 natural active components against the viral pathogens has been compiled from literature and also experiments done by major research labs throughout the globe. Therefore AyurVirDB is an information portal and knowledge base for researchers and medical practitioners working on plant based medicinal formulations against existing and recurring viruses.
